Return and Refund Policy

At Koltee, we want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If something doesn't work out, our return process is built to be straightforward and clear for our U.S. customers.

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.koltee.shop and is designed to align with U.S. consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange. After this 30-day window, we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the item must meet the following:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • A proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This usually includes:

  • Personal care items (where the seal has been broken).
  • Final sale items clearly marked on the product page.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, Koltee covers 100% of the return shipping cost. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: If you'd like to return an item because you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fees

We believe in fair pricing. Koltee does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 USD) on returned items.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please get in touch with our support team. Once your original item is received and inspected, we'll process the exchange. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for the replacement item.

7. Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we'll send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@koltee.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply with the return address and a return authorization.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service (recommended).
